Ingredients

1 tsp finely chopped fresh rosemary (optional: additional rosemary sprigs for garnish)
1 TB fresh-squeezed lime juice (optional: additional lime wheels for garnish)
1 ½ cups sparkling water
to taste: stevia or monk fruit (or other natural sweetener of your choice)

Instructions

Combine 1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh rosemary and 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice in a bowl.
Let sit for 10 minutes, then strain and discard the needles.
Pour into a glass with a natural sweetener of your choice (we like monk fruit or stevia) to taste and 1 1/2cups (360 ml) sparkling water. Mix well and serve over ice.
Garnish with fresh rosemary sprigs and lime wheels, if desired.
