    • ¼ cup Lavender Bliss Goldthread Tonic
    • ¼ cup Green Minerals Goldthread Tonic
    • ½ cup Frozen Wild Blueberries
    • ½ cup Frozen Peaches
    • ¼ cup Spinach
    • Oat Milk (as needed for blending) 
    • Granola (I used Victory Dance Foods Kale Matcha Garden Granola)

    Instructions

    1. Combine 1/2 cup frozen wild blueberries with 1/4 cup Goldthread Lavender Bliss tonic and a little oat milk in a blender and blend until smooth.
    2. Pour into muffin liners (either big or mini!), filling up halfway. Freeze for at least an hour.
    3. Combine 1/2 cup frozen peaches, 1/4 cup spinach, 1/4 cup Goldthread Green Minerals tonic, and a little oat milk in a blender and blend until smooth.
    4. Pour this green mix on top of the lavender mix that’s frozen, filling to the top.
    5. Add toppings! I topped mine with Victory Dance Foods kale matcha garden granola.
    6. Freeze again for at least an hour. Once frozen, pop out of the muffin liner and enjoy!
