This bright, refreshing spin on a Margarita pairs our Hawaiian Ginger tonic with jalapeño and lime. A little spicy and a little sweet, close your eyes, take a sip, and let yourself be transported to the green hills of Kauai where our ginger is grown.
- 2 oz. Hawaiian Ginger Tonic
- 1 oz. tequila
- Juice from 1 lime (about 1 oz.)
- 1/2 oz. agave
- 1/2 oz. Cointreau (or triple sec)
- 3 slices jalapeño, plus more for garnish
- Lime, for garnish
Lightly muddle jalapeño slices in a cocktail shaker. Pour in remaining ingredients and fill with ice. Shake until chilled, then strain into a rocks glass. Garnish with jalapeño and lime.
