This effervescent cocktail is as beautiful as it is delicious. Our Honey Rose tonic blends with gin and Prosecco for a bright and bubbly treat, topped with pretty blossoms.
- 2 oz. Honey Rose tonic
- 1 oz. gin
- 4 oz. Prosecco (or to top)
- Edible flowers, to garnish (we like chamomile or rose petals)
Pour Honey Rose tonic and gin into a flute or coupe glass. Top with Prosecco. Garnish with flowers.
