Lavender Chamomile Cooler
You can customize this summer drink to satiate any cravings. We chose lavender here because of its cooling properties. Lavender is a powerful anti-inflammatory and can help cool an overheating body. In addition to physical relief, lavender may also soothe an agitated mind in a state of anger, frustration, or impatience. TLDR: lavender is the one you want to grab when the heatwave hits.
Make this drink your own by creating the tea, tonic and citrus combo of your choice and garnishing with your favorite frozen berries and a sprig of fresh or dried herbs.
