1. A brief intro to you!
Cassi Manner is a 24 year old bikini, lifestyle & fitness model out of Oahu, Hawaii. She enjoys traveling to tropical locations to shoot both above and below the water’s surface. Cassi is an avid freediver and works closely with her underwater photographer boyfriend, Brandon Verdura, to create one of a kind content for clients.
2, Tell us your philosophy on “wellness” in a nutshell.
Wellness begins with your mind and extends throughout your body from the inside out. Self care is so incredibly important, and it’s overlooked by so many people. Wellness isn’t just about how you look on the outside, but how you feel (energy levels, digestion, mental calm & positivity). I believe a wholesome wellness approach includes self care, meditation, exercise, nutritious food & LOTS of water.
3, What are your favorite medicinal plants and your go to ways to use them.
Turmeric for inflammation, CBD for balance & matcha for energy.
4. How do you practice being more sustainable in your own day to day life?
I avoid plastic water bottles by bringing my own water bottle everywhere, recycling and always asking for no straw, plastic utensils, etc when out and about to decrease my footprint.
5. What’s your favorite natural wellness practice/ routine?
Lemon water to start my day, followed by a brief yoga stretch, meditation, journaling & reading. I then usually have some green tea, then some gold thread match for a boost midway through my day!
6. What’s one of your favorite ways to get outside?
Freediving, hiking and heading out on our boat!
7. What’s one thing people might be surprised to learn about you?
I run my own marketing agency outside of being an influencer/blogger. It’s what I went to school for & I’ve used my extensive experience over the years with social media, sales, marketing & content creation to build one of Hawaii’s top marketing agencies. I formed my LLC in 2019 and we’ve won countless awards since then. I feel blessed to have built a life & career I love that let’s me express my creativity and help small businesses and entrepreneurs achieve their dream lives and financial freedom as well. I have an amazing team & I’m just so grateful to have built a life I don’t need a vacation from. My agency is Gamechanger Marketing Solutions and I’m so very proud of it!
